* Holiday Return Policy *
We are extending our return policy to January 10th to allow for gift returns. Purchases can be be brought back for store credit with proof of receipt and attached tags. We cannot honor returns without a receipt.
All vintage, denim, apothecary, and sale items are final sale.

While we navigate this transition, your patience and understanding with us is more appreciated than ever. As always, we will respond to email correspondence as promptly as possible, but allot for a 2-day response time during the holiday season.

In-store purchases have 5 days to be brought back for return, exchange or store credit with proof of receipt and attached tags
Online purchases have 10 business days from delivered date to be sent back for a return, exchange or store credit.

Once an item is shipped, Rosewood is not responsible for damaged or lost items
VINTAGE
Due to the age of each product, imperfections are to be expected.
SHIPPING
We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping charges will be generated based on customer location and weight of the product. Item purchased will be shipped within 3 business days.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Virginia residents will be charged 6% tax on total amount of purchase.
RETURNS
Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable. We offer exchanges, returns or store credit.

All returns must be delivered within the 10 day return window from delivery of goods date. This means we will not be able to accept any exchanges, returns or provide store credit for items returned after this timeframe.
All discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned for credit.
Rosewood Clothing Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipment.
