We ship within the United States via USPS. Orders are processed within 3 business days, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once your order has shipped, Rosewood Clothing Co. is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages, including carrier or customs delays.

Returns

• All vintage, denim, apothecary, sale items, and items purchased during promotional sales are final sale.
• In-store purchases: Returns, exchanges, or store credit are available within 5 days with your receipt and original tags attached.
• Online purchases: Returns, exchanges, or store credit are accepted within 10 business days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returns received outside the return window cannot be accepted.
